Noel is a local musician, retired teacher, mother and grandmother. She moved to the Ocala area over twenty years ago and has been part of the Kingdom of the Sun Concert Band since 1999. 

She performed in the area with the trio Rainbow Connection for many years as keyboardist and singer and presently is vocalist with the Southern Express Big Band. In addition, Noel directs the Golden Sounds, a senior chorus at Ocala Palms, and is part of the doo-wop group Noelie and the Greyhounds. 

She partners with her husband Bob Brouillard in all these musical experiences and believes they are what help keep their lives vibrant and interesting. Marion county has proven to be a treasure trove of musical and artistic opportunity and Noel is glad she was fortunate enough to have found this gem of an area to call home.
